
groveSTOCK is back this weekend, and proving to be the biggest yet.
The summer event of the Grove Park calendar is now into its 5th year, with the status of being one of the biggest community festivals in West London. Organised by residents of Grove Park, and sponsored by local businesses, all proceeds are donated to charitable funds, run by St Paul’s church.
WHAT’S ON?
This year they have a great line up of music and events including:
· fabulous Motown band Soul Police
· singer songwriter Samantha Heard
· smooth Sinatra sounds from Harry Dolan
· classic rock band AstroSphinX
· Glastonbury band The Joe Public
· kids entertainment from charlie the clown and Sally Sunshine, and activities with Talking Tots and Little Gym
· talented local performers - kids and adults
· star compere for the day Mickey Hutton

groveSTOCK 2010 is based around the triangle of St Paul’s church and gardens.

GETTING THERE?
For the best price on adult tickets, book in advance at the discounted rate of £10. Tickets sold on the gate will be £15 for adults, £5 for children aged 13-16. Call 0845 272 3501 or visit Budgens supermarket in Fauconberg Road to purchase tickets.
The event will begin at 2pm and be finish by 10pm - however, the gate will be open all day and night.
Chiswick railway station is close by and Grove Park is also served by two buses, the numbers 272 and E3. Turnham Green and Chiswick Park station are the closest tubes.
